Windows 10: HP Pavilion Windows 10 black/blank screen

I’ve turned my laptop on and I just get a blank/black screen. You can hear it running. The cap lock or mute keys do not light up when pressed. I’ve tried connecting to a screen tv via hdmi and that doesn’t work. I’ve tried unplugging, turning it off by holding down the power button unplugged and back on but still nothing. There is no windows screen on turning on. It’s not screen brightness. I’ve tried turning on holding down f4 or f8 and nothing. Also tried windows, ctrl, shift and b and that didn’t work. I can’t take the battery out as it’s a HP pavilion laptop where the battery is intern

HP Pavilion Blank Blue Screen After HP Logo Windows 11

Hi

I have a HP Pavilion 15 laptop that runs Windows 11.

1. I turn it on with the power button
   
2. It shows the HP logo for 10-30 seconds
   
3. It shows a blank blue screen for 10-30 seconds
   
4. It turns off.
   

I can reach the HP Startup menu. I cannot get past the HP logo. I can’t get to Windows.

I cannot know for sure if I have the most recent Windows update. I can’t access Windows troubleshooter. I can’t access Command Prompt.

What can I do?

Windows 10 Upgrade - Blank screen at startup on HP and Dell laptops

I have an HP pavilion dv7. I upgraded to windows 10. I can boot up. Get to the desktop and it goes to blank screen. Both graphics drivers are up to date. Any suggestions?
