Windows 10: Unable to turn off airplane mode or troubleshoot, or use volume on my computer

I initially could not see the taskbar on my computer when I was trying to use it like normal, and nothing small was working to fix it! restarting, turning it on and off, so I decided to do the reset pc feature not the one that wipes apps, it’s just meant to actually set it normal but that MADE IT WORSE, and now I cannot trouble shoot, turn off airplane mode all options to do so are greyed out and I do not have any shortcut buttons to turn it on. and the volume on the pc is also not working. The system merely says that it does not detect an input or output for volume when previously it did

problem was:

pc cant connect to wifi cos airplane mode randomly turned on by itself

you can google to see why computer does that - microsoft seems to have never fixed this

fixed this by turning off something in services (this goes to show how many services are bad and should be off by default, again a long-standing microsoft problem that they've never made better)


new problem:

the wifi icon on botton left changed to the airplane mode icon

and when old problem was fixed, airplane mode icon is stuck like that

what are steps to fix?

what are troubleshoot this?
