Windows 10: WHEN I INSTALL UPDATES IT KEEPS SHOWING ERROR OCCURED!

Since the last few months, I have been trying to install updates on my laptop but it keeps showing me error and the update doesn't get installled. The update that i have been trying to install is:2025-05 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems KB5058499And microsoft edge, google chrome keeps on crashing, if there is like more than 3 sites open then it starts crashing, i have tried to solve this by modifying it, but its not working.

ATI tool error occured`

Everytime i install Ati tool,once i restart my computer,a box will show me that the error occured when open ATI tool,i have try a few version,but the problem didn't change.It just keep tell me that it encounter a problem when open ATI tool and ask me to send error report.
What is the problem?I had already try format my computer and install the other version of Window XP but cannot run it also.

 

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?
