Windows 10: Windows freezes during game loading and pressing Windows key

Hi,I played Dirt Rally 2.0 on my laptop, the game was loading for the next level, the loading screen seemed to take longer than usual. But when I pressed Windows key to go to Desktop, everything froze, except mouse still worked and I think I could still hear the audio. Worse, during the freeze, when I swipe sideways on my laptop's touchpad to also try to get to the Desktop, that froze the mouse. This happened multiple times and I usually force shut down holding down power button. But that way, no errors would show in Event Viewer, only "The previous

Booting without press any key

I use a toshiba laptop , at startup can not be readily loading into Windows 8 , so it has to press any key emerging loading . How to overcome in order to loading without press ?

Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?
