  1. Computer Shuts Down Unexpectedly – No Display Signal Despite Troubleshooting

My computer suddenly shut down and is now displaying a “No Signal Input” message before entering standby mode. I have already attempted several troubleshooting steps, including:• Removing and reinserting the BIOS battery• Cleaning the RAM and testing it in different slots• Switching the monitor cable and testing different portsDespite these efforts, the issue persists and the display remains unresponsive. I would appreciate any further assistance or recommendations to resolve this problem.

OK, first complete your system specs, as it will help us diagnose your problem. Second, can you be a bit more descriptive about the "shut off"? Does it go through the windows shut down procedure, or does the power just shut off completely?

    Computer Keeps shutting down unexpectedly

    Hello Vincius,

I went ahead and completed every step in the link you sent (short of doing a complete reset on my PC).

Despite following almost every step to resolve the PSI.sys issue, my computer still runs into the issue where it unexpectedly shuts down and restarts itself.

Here is the most recent report from Windows event viewer and the .dmp file that was created:

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffa68a7d9f0d20, 0xfffff80077101178, 0xffffa68a791ef4e0)."

Please let me know if there's any other reccomandations to resolve this issue.

    Thank you,

    Clark
