Windows 10: Hello- How can I edit account information for my child?

Hello, I cannot edit account information for my child. When I go to manage permissions, I get a message that says "In the United States, South Korea, Brazil, and the EU, legislation requires that children have adult consent before creating an online account. You can use this page to manage the child accounts for which you provided consent. Learn more." "To manage restrictions for your children, view your family settings." Then I cannot make changes in family settings

Editing a Child Account

Hello Stephenie,

Managing your child's account is very easy. You can go to account.microsoft.com and customize your child's password and name to your liking. Just make sure that his/her account is signed-in.

You can also follow this steps from your desktop:

• Press Windows key + X key.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Under view, select large icons.
• Go to User Account.
• Click on Manage another account.
• Select the User Account for which you want to select the password.
• Click on Change the password.
• Click on Change password button.

On the same page, you can also customize the account's icon.

I cannot edit my other account which is on "Child'" Account

I have asked the Live Agent if possible to change the "Child" Account, yes it can as long as you are the Family's Organizer. But when I tried following their Steps it doesn't lead me where it should be.

These are the steps that the Live Agent said,

1. You will see the child you need to click the 3 dots to see the option saying manage consent.

2. Click that then you will be routed to manage permission. you will be routed to manage permission you will find the child list and click edit the child personal info.

3. You will be routed to the child's profile page to correct the date of birth.

The number 2, step it doesn't lead me there. I did not see the "Child List" all I can see is "To manage restrictions for your children, view your family settings."

Please help.
