Hi, I had windows 8.1 pro as the operating on my Dell Venue Pro 11 5130 tablet but unfortunate, I had to load Windows 10 Pro but have now lost the function, WiFi

Up for sale is a refurb Venue 8 Pro that is essentially in like new condition, I originally paid $234 after coupons and taxes when there were various condition tablets on sale and the higher price tag on this one shows. No major dings, scratches, defects visible and has been well cared for since purchase. It's been an excellent machine for browsing and media away from the office with great battery life. I've reverted to a previous unlocked bios that allows for faster internal memory read/writes as seen here: TechnologyGuide

my Dell Venue 11 Pro tablet running Windows 8.1 Pro has not received the Windows 10 App.

When Microsoft pushed the Windows 10 App out earlier this month, my home pc, an Alienware X51 R2, running Windows 8.1 got the app, but my Dell Venue 11 Pro tablet running Windows 8.1 Pro has not received the Windows 10 App.

From everything I have read, the tablet should have received the app by now, but it hasn't.

Anyone have any insight as to why my tablet has not gotten the Windows 10 Reservation?
