Windows 10: Windows and Xbox account

Hello, a few days ago when I wanted to log into my Microsoft account I got a message that "Your account has been blocked". I couldn't unblock it because the SMS didn't come to the number, I couldn't contact the support service, when I wanted to contact a live person, I was redirected to the forum. And yesterday I was able to log into my account, but when I rebooted my computer I couldn't even log into my desktop, I got a message that this account can't log in online.
