  1. Why the iCloud and Adobe windows open anyway even though they are disabled?

I have Windows 11 Pro version 24H2 build 26120.4230. I have tried all the suggested tips to prevent the iCloud summary window from opening at startup, followed immediately by the Adobe window asking to make it the default. Can you suggest how to stop them from opening? They are a terrible waste of time. Thank you in advance for your suggestions. Best regards.

    :)
