Windows 10: Why won't my Windows 11 boot?

So I've been trying to get Windows 11 on my 1 TB NVMe via windows installation media on a USB drive. Windows seems to have installed, however it simply won't boot. In BIOS, it recognizes it as a storage but not as a bootable drive. I ensured that every other drive was unplugged, I also tried different settings in BIOS like csm, and I also tried reinstalling the installation media onto my USB. My NVMe is the WD Black sn770My motherboard is an Asus PRIME B550M-A wifi II.

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....

 

Windows won`t open an program when using Microsoft user

Windows won`t open an program when I try to open it with Microsoft account user, but when I login with local account, that program opens. I have tried with 2 Microsoft accounts, 1 admin and 1 normal user, and it won`t open in either one of them. What can cause this?
