Windows 10: File recovery post-recycling bin?

Hello! I accidentally wiped my Documents folder and emptied my recycling bin afterwards. I did not have OneDrive setup for backups, so I am having to likely result to third party: does anyone have any recommendations for retrieving these lost files?

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

Lost Recycle Bin in Windows 10

• Click the Start button , type desktop icons into the search box, and then click Show or hide common icons on the desktop.
• In the Desktop Icon Settings dialog box, do one of the following: To hide the Recycle Bin, clear the Recycle Bin check box. ...
  
• Click OK.

Recycle Bin Has Stopped working

The recycle bin may be corrupted. In this situation try to scan your system. If issue not fixed then perform below mentioned two steps:

1. Delete Recycle Bin
2. Re-install Recycle bin

But before deleting the recycle bin, remember the files in it will be erased permanently. After that, you have only one option and i.e. Data Recovery
