Windows 10: Laptop crashing after sleep / wont wake from sleep and crashes BSOD / Windows 10

Hello,I am running windows 10 on my hp laptop. Whenever I turns on the laptop from the sleep mode suddenly the system crashes and gives BSOD. i can't sleep my laptop and i have to turn off the sleep mode while on battery or while charging. this is very annoying. I had a run of V2 logger. Here is the rar file on g drive. Constant Crashing & Sleep Wake Issues

First Problem: about 80% of the time, my laptop won't wake up from sleep mode via keyboard press or mouse move/click. I seem to be missing many common features in power plan too, even after fresh Windows 10 install.
Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Reinstalled Windows 10 (clean)
2. Updated all drivers
3. Replicated on multiple Windows 10 versions, updates
4. BIOS latest version
5. No USB devices attached, ever. Only USB-C power and bluetooth mouse
6. Disabled "fast startup" in control panel

Second Problem:constantly crashing, blue screen of death.

Non-BSOD crash on Wake from Sleep

Hi all - this forum has helped me diagnose a BSOD with an old build! Unfortunately, I am having a non-BSOD crash with my new build that only occurs when waking up from Sleep. Usually wake from sleep works flawlessly, but occasionally the monitor wakes up and nothing is displayed for a few seconds - then monitor goes to "Power Saver" mode (which I assume means it no longer is receiving display signal from computer). Within a minute or two, the computer reboots by itself. If there is another forum within tenforums for non-BSOD crashes, I apologize for posting in the wrong place I do have a minidump file from 10/11 that should be part of the uploaded log Thank you in advance
