  1. Bluetooth devices in Windows 11 lack responsiveness under high cpu load

Because my mini pc is set up within an entertainment center instead of a desk, I have a usb bluetooth device which is necessary to be able to use my peripherals. I currently have three of such devices: a mouse, keyboard and headset. Under high cpu load, such as during gaming, responsiveness of these devices can be lacking to the point of unusability. After some reading I attempted to increase the priority of the bluetooth service via the following steps:I used tasklist /svc /fi "imagename eq svchost.exe" in the console to locate the pid of the relevant process, identified as bthservI locate

Bluetooth device is shown as not present.

    Hello Dominika,

Thank you for getting back to us. Since the issue still persists after following the steps on the article above, we'd like to know more. Kindly answer the following questions:

    • Did you checked whether the Bluetooth device is listed under hidden devices in Device manager?
    • What is the make and model of your Bluetooth device?
    • Can you tell us the specific bluetooth devices that you're using on your Windows 10?
    • Have you checked whether the Bluetooth driver is listed under installed programs under Programs and features?

Meanwhile, we suggest that you check if the Bluetooth services is enabled by following the steps below:

    • Press Windows + R keys on the keyboard, type services.msc and press OK.
    • Right click on Bluetooth Support service and select
      Restart.

    • Right click on Bluetooth support service and select Properties
and check if the startup type is Automatic.

We'll be waiting for your response.

  3. The "system"process is using constant CPU in windows 11

The "System" process is a core Windows process that is responsible for managing various system resources, such as the CPU, memory, and disk. It is normal for the "System" process to use some CPU resources, but if it is using a constant high CPU usage, then there may be a problem.

Here are some possible reasons why the "System" process is using constant CPU usage in Windows 11:

    • Corrupt or outdated drivers: Outdated or corrupt drivers can cause the "System" process to use high CPU resources. You can update your drivers by going to the website of your computer manufacturer or device manufacturer and downloading the latest drivers for your device.
    • Malware: Malware can also cause the "System" process to use high CPU resources. You can scan your computer for malware using a reputable antivirus program.
    • Background processes: There may be background processes that are running and using up CPU resources. You can use Task Manager to identify and end these processes.
    • Hardware problems: If you have recently installed new hardware, it is possible that it is not compatible with your computer and is causing the "System" process to use high CPU resources. You can try uninstalling the new hardware or updating its drivers.
If you have tried the above steps and the "System" process is still using constant CPU usage, then you may need to contact Microsoft support for help.
