I went through the microsoft account stuff and found the recovery key page but my E: drive key was not listed

to recover your BitLocker key, you can try the following steps:



1. Go to the Microsoft account website and sign in with the account that you used to encrypt the drive.

2. Under the Devices tab, select the device that the drive was encrypted on.

3. Look for the BitLocker recovery key for the E: drive. If you can't find it, try checking the other devices listed on your account.

4. If you still can't find the recovery key, you can try using a BitLocker recovery tool to recover the key. Microsoft provides a tool called the BitLocker Recovery Password Viewer that can be used to view recovery passwords that are stored in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).

2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.

BitLocker recovery key

My computer is locked by BitLocker and the recovery key is not showing in the Microsoft account (the device is listed). How can I generate/retrieve the key (I don't have it stored anywhere)?
