My ctrl keys are working in improperly. Like sometimes it is working working well n nice but some time it is not working. And it is with both of the ctrl keys. My laptop is Dell inspiron15 3535

Ctrl + N not working

Both the Ctrl and N keys are working separately but any app with a ctrl + n shortcut isn't detecting it. Other shortcuts like ctrl+x, ctrl+v, ctrl+b etc work, just not ctrl+n. This is an issue with both left and right control. I've tried changing from a
UK keyboard to a US one but no joy.

 

In my pc in window 11pro64bit shortcut keys like ctrl+S,ctrl+N is not working

In my pc shortcut key is not worked ng like ke ctrl +N ,ctrl+X etc.

Method 1: To check if Ctrl keys work in Onscreen keyboard.

• Press Windows Key + R and type osk and hit Enter.

Try using Ctrl keys and check if that helps.

if you still face the issue, try Method 2.

Method 2: Run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with the Bluetooth adapter. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key + X, select
