Windows 10: Intel Apps will not download from MS Store on new/clean Win11 24H2 install

I have made multiple attempts 4 or more to do a clean install of Windows 11 Home 24H2 but keep having problems downloading the following Intel Apps from the MS Store: 1. Intel Graphics Command Center2. Intel Rapid Storage Technology Application3. Intel Application Optimization Each time, for each app, I receive a message that says Microsoft is aware of the problem and displays error code 0x80070032. Nothing is downloaded or no attempt seem apparent that the application even tried to install. All other apps and software download and install without any issues.&nbs

Remove non-operable App downloaded from MS App Store, to remove Already Own

Remove App downloaded from Microsoft Store App Store because:

I mistakenly downloaded on PC (MS Surface). When I try to install the app on my phone, it says - already owned. But I cannot get access to, or install it, on the phone. I have tried all steps as suggested in link below.

I can hide the app in my account library on the pc but to no affect on the phone.

The app does not appear on either the PC Application list (in Settings), nor in the phone list of Apps.

I want to install the app on my phone.

 

Can't download/install MS News from the Microsoft App Store.

I have had issues with the news app in past. A bit different but I ended up needing to reinstall and ran into issues at this point.

sounds like you got it sorted but just in case you have future issues another option that worked for me, download ccleaner and then go to tools. This should list all your apps. Hopefully news will be in the list. Click it and uninstall it. Close ccleaner. Wait a minute and then go back into store app and install news. Fingers crossed it’ll work for you too if needed. It’s a quick fix rather than fiddling with powershell

 

Preparing ahead - clean Win11 install

I have a legit (but old) install of Win10 Enterprise. The PC it's on has HW too old to qualify for a Win11 update.

After the new year I plan on doing some fundamental upgrades (mobo, CPU, GPU, etc.) to bring the PC fully up to date, and as part of that would like to do a clean Win11 install on a new M.2 SSD.

Is this much of hassle - upgrading the OS while also upgrading the core HW? Does MS have a suggested "how to" to do this using your existing Product Key? I assume having Win10 Enterprise will qualify me for Win11 Pro, so I am planning ahead to make the transition as smooth as possible.
