Windows 10: Screen freeze with flickering glitch and weird audio. Unsure if OS or device problem

I am using a Lenovo Legion 5 15IAH7H with Windows 11 Home Version 23H2 and I recently, occasionally encounter this weird crash - freeze problem that is unexpected and also quite jump scaring. I wear headphones while using the laptop, and whenever this happens, the audio from being whatsoever I play turns into some weird buzzing raw sound. The screen also froze and gave this confusing weird screen glitch flickering. The effect persists for a few 10-15 seconds before restarting fresh.Usually I have some project or stuff to do from boredom, and whenever this occurs, I really have to find autosave

Screen Flickering and Game Freezing

So I've noticed that when I click the "^" button at the bottom right of the screen, that part flickers. Sometimes, my device manager flickers too. Not only that, when I'm shooting bots and practicing at Valorant my screen loses audio and freezes for a second and it happens every 10 seconds. What could be the problem here?
