Windows 10: Random System Pop-ups

Within the last week system pop-ups have started appearing almost every time I touch my touchpad or screen, to the point I'm ready to try a mouse to see if it'll stop it. I assume it's because of some system update. I've tried every solution posted, nothing works. STOP IT!!! It is incredibly annoying and it happens ALL THE TIME! I can't turn it off, and I can't give you a screen shot because the picture thing says "something went wrong" I've tried that one multiple times also. I don't care, I want the system ie, WINDOWS pop-ups to stop. They are not helpful, they are annoying, they're slo

A random window is popping up

• What activities are you doing when the random window popping up?
• Would it be possible to send us a screenshot?
• Did the issue persist in safe mode?

Hi all,

After an attack of intrusive software which I have now resolved I keep getting command prompt popping up for a split second. I managed to capture the command with a screen recorder and slow motion play back..

After reading a thread from 2014 on here I followed the advice given and tried to list the jobs but it reads listed jobs 0.

Any advice. this pop up is driving me crazy!
