My turn up volume button is opening word finder on google chrome?

So I have this windows 10 Lenovo laptop, and recently i have discovered some buttons are acting weird. My turn up is opening word finder, my mute is opening google chrome help, my turn down button just does nothing and basically the whole top row is all
messed up. What do I do?

 

HOW DO I F3 SEARCH

I have no idea what kind of laptop I have I'm not tech savvy but I think I have Windows 10 or whatever the new windows is and I'm trying to F3 search a page in google chrome for certain words on a page and when I hit the F3 button it raises the volume. How
do I change it to search the page for the word I type in like every other computer I've ever been on?
