    Every time I try and play my new game, it freezes for a minute and then crashes to a blue screen with the error code:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000001e00, 0xfffff807823c33b0, 0x0000000000000000.I have tried updating the drivers and windows but it doesn't seem to help. My system info is: Processor CPU: Intel® Core™ i7 14 Core Processor 13700H 5.0GHz TurboMemory RAM: 16GB PCS PRO SODIMM DDR4 2666MHz 1 x 16GBGraphics Card: NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 4070 - 8.0GB GDDR6 Video RAM - DirectX® 12.1My dump file is: Dump fold

    "Video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error" while playing games on my Dell G3 laptop ?

    So every time I play a game after like half an hour or so, my game crashes (blue screen giving the error VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR ), then when I relaunch the laptop my discrete GPU is gone, like missing from task manager and hidden in device manager. To fix it I have to restart my laptop then the Nvidia drivers come back and when I play my games again the same problem happens after a few minutes of playing the game. It's never happened unless I'm playing a game.
    I have tried:

    • reinstalling the graphics driver from NVIDIA.
    • removing the graphics driver using DDU in safe mode and reinstalling the latest one.
    • running sfc and dism

      None of the above methods helped.
      My laptop is out of warranty so don't suggest I take it to the Dell service center as they will just say to replace the motherboard, I know that and that will be like buying a new laptop.

      My laptop is a Dell G3 15 3500
      Specs -
      i7-10750H
      RTX 2060 6gb
      16Gb ram
      256Gb SSD
      Windows 11 home

    Hi Guys,

    I recently purchased a MSI laptop (GT72VR 6RE), and upgraded Win 10 version from Home to Pro. Performed the upgrade as soon as I fired up the laptop for the first time.

    Last couple of weeks, while working on Google Drive (via Chrome) the computer will suddently lock up, and after couple of seconds reboot.

    Checking Event Viewer, it shows the following events:
    My laptop crashes every time I try and play a game. I get the error: The bugcheck was:... [​IMG]


    Details for the listed events in sequence:
    • The previous system shutdown at 4:48:27 PM on ‎5/‎09/‎2016 was unexpected.
    • The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
    • Audit events have been dropped by the transport. 0
    • The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device ACPI\ENE0110\5&14353508&0.
    • A corrected hardware error has occurred.

    • A corrected hardware error has occurred. (same as above)
    • The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xffffe0002c0c2028, 0x00000000be000000, 0x0000000000800400).

    It has happened twice so far and that has me bit worried.
    Previous one had the following bugcheck error:
    • The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff800765cd8b8, 0x0000000000000000, 0x00000000000000a0).

    Would really appreciate if someone can point out anything.

    It is a brand new laptop (couple of weeks old). And both the times when it crashed, I was using Chrome (google drive, or writing email etc), wasn't playing games. The CPU/GPU isn't overclocked either.

    All games crashing with no error

    My PC is crashing whenever I play any games. When I play FH4 & FH5 it stops for a few seconds and that crashed and sometimes BSOD appears.

    As i sad all games crashing with no error and just one game Bodycam shows me "fatal error", first times when it starts i thought it just this game problem, but later i understood thats is not a game problem and all games start crashing.

    I have tried :

    • Updating and clean installing GPU Drivers. Windows is up to date.
    • Bios Update and reset via CMOS
    • Windows reinstall
    • Disabled XMP
    • Uninstalling and reinstalling the games
    • Windows driver stress test
    • Memtest86 ( All fine)

      I have no idea what to do, i have a powerful laptop and i have this issues. ( RTX 4080, I9 13900HX, Memory 32GB)
      If someone know what to do, let me know please!
