Lock screen showing suggested articles, already turned off Get fun facts

After the update, my lock screen shows suggested articles as tiles. I already turned off "Get fun Facts..."I've followed these instructions in the past: Open Settings.Click on personalization.Click on lock screen. In the background drop-down menu, select picture or slideshow.Turn off the Get fun facts, tips, and more from Windows and Cortana on your lock screen toggle switch. This toggle is already set to "off"

Unable to turn off fun facts on Windows 10 lock screen

I just can't find a way to turn this feature off. Firstly, I went to Personalization->Lock screen and toggled off Show fun facts, tips, and more from Windows and Cortana on your lock screen. Then I locked screen and it still displays fact about tomorrow's St. Patrick's day event which isn't in my reminder or something. Then, I went to Settings->System->Notifications & actions and unchecked Get tips, tricks and suggestions as you use Windows as well as Show notifications on the lock screen. Still, the same thing shows as I locked screen. How to turn off this, for me, extremely annoying feature without going to registry?

Turn off Windows Spotlight "Fun Facts"?

My windows spotlight lock screen is covered with obnoxious "Fun Facts" that ruin otherwise beautiful images. Is there a way to turn this off? I'm using Windows 10 Pro.

I tried a method suggested in another thread (switch the lock screen to "Picture" or "Slide Show", turn off "Get Fun Facts", then switch back to Windows Spotlight). This doesn't work - even after rebooting my machine, the annoying "Fun Facts" are still covering
the screen. Do I need to change a registry entry or something?

Also, where can we provide feedback to Microsoft on this? I'm amazed anyone thought this annoying feature was a good idea, and providing no easy way to turn it off is just crazy. There are threads on this exact topic going back several years, so clearly
I'm not the only one annoyed by this.
