Windows 10: No Audio Device installed, Realtek drivers will not install

Hello, I have a Lenovo Yoga 9i running Windows 11 Pro 23H2 - which I just installed.My laptop is no longer playing audio nor are my audio drivers showing up in device manager. I've tried everything, I've redownloaded drivers, done reboots, done troubleshooting - but nothing. Please, please help as I desperately need my computer working for my job.I tried downloading realtek both through their site and my manufacturer's site - each time I run the installer it says installation was successful but then the drivers do not appear not even after a restart nor does the sound work.

i didn't understand this step- 4. Install Realtek APO Driver through device manager, then using device manager update from Realtek APO Driver to the lastest offical realtek HD Audio
which inf file i should choose when installing Realtel APO driver folder and there are many inf files in the Realtek official HD Audio. which file to choose?

Realtek audio driver install, restart loop.

Please let me help you with this concern, I understand that you are having issues installing the Realtek Audio driver as it remains on a constant loop.

I recommend completely removing the Realtek Audio driver first from the device manager.

Here are the steps to completely remove a Device from your computer.

Step 1. Use shortcut keys Windows key+ X on Windows 10.

Step 2. Select Device Manager.

Step 3. Expand the entry Sound, Video, and Game Controllers Right-click the problematic device it is either Realtek Audio, or AMD High-definition Audio or High-Definition Audio this varies on the audio device installed in your PC, and select Uninstall device.

Step 4. You need to check the option Delete the driver software for this device and then click the Uninstall button.

Step 5. Reboot the computer.

After the reboot, please install the latest Audio driver again.
