Windows 10: Phone Link preventing GPU to switch to dedicated graphics

Phone Link YourPhoneAppProxy.exe is stopping my NVIDIA GPU from switching to dedicated graphics. Solutions online tell me to remove the app but I would like to keep it as it makes things easy for me. Is there any solution to this? I have tried sending feedback to Microsoft

Regarding Windows10 apps available on WindowsStore, when downloaded on a PC - the subject are primarily games - can they use switchable graphics, for example between basic IntelHD and dedicated nVIDIA/AMD modules, or is there a major blockade in this type
of software, preventing it from being able to switch to dedicated mode?

 

Cant use dedicated gpu

Hello I'm trying to use my dedicated GPU in place of my integrated but after I saw this




I had no clue what to do so I went into my BIOS to change it and there was integrated and switchable listed I picked switchable and still nothing now I'm here hoping somebody can help me.

I'm running windows 10 home version 1903, integrated gpu=intel graphics 3000, dedicated=AMD radeon graphics HD 7670M
