Windows 10: New Windows 11 Laptop, certain apps fail to run.

HI, I've just got a new Windows 11 laptop and have tried to install and run certain apps which fail to load. One of them is the Zwift app. I contacted Zwift and sent them log files. Having reviewed the log files they have replied to say that the issue is with the "StartFragmentTPM-WMI Trusted Platform Module - Windows Management Instrumentation in Windows 11" and that this "often occurring after updates, typically indicates an issue with Secure Boot updates".They also noted that "also found Event 10010, which indicates a server failed to register with DCOM within the allotted time, often due

Hi,

There are certain apps in Windows that aren't possible to be stopped as they're needed by your system. If you want to stop certain apps to be stopped from running in the back ground, follow the steps below.

• Press Windows key, and type in "task manager".
• Choose Task Manager > More details.
• Right-click on the apps that you want to stop from running, and click on
  End task.

Bluetooth disappears from Windows 11 (laptop) after pairing with new device

Hello

I have had no problems with Bluetooth on Windows 11 22H2 previously on this specific laptop.

Recently however I had tried to add my new Logitech K380 Bluetooth keyboard. Upon pairing with it, after a few minutes, the following was observed:

• Bluetooth ON-OFF button/option was not visible on the action center
  
• Bluetooth ON-OFF button/option was not visible in the settings app
  
• Bluetooth was not visible on Device manager (even under hidden devices)
  

I had tried the following but failed.

• Restarting windows.
  
• Troubleshooting via settings app
  
• Trying to add legacy device through device manager
  
• Checking for updates but none were available at the time
  
• Uninstalling some updates whichever was visible inside the settings app.
  
• Resetting windows but with the option of keeping my data
  
• tried to install the respective drivers from the logitech website
  
• tinkering with services in windows
  

Only upon resetting my laptop with the option of NOT keeping my data that I was able to see the Bluetooth button in action center, settings, etc.

Please suggest some suggestion as to what can be done. Much appreciated. Thank you.

 

Windows 10 Photos app doesn't run.

• Once uninstalled, you can reinstall the app from this
  link.
