In the complex and ever-changing global online environment, if my post can be seen in the community, it suggests that Microsoft still upholds some universal values in its operations, or at least does not completely ignore cross-border suppression.I don't have any hope for Microsoft's future software status, at least I am sceptical about Microsoft's cloud services. Whether this cloud is still incapable of removing the red devil freak gene caused by decades of monstrous love affair is unclear. There's a zombie email account in my outlook mail app that can't be removed.

There's a zombie email account in my outlook mail app that neither works nor can be removed.

This account is only shown in outlook mail's account manage page and not any where else, it is not listed in outlook calendar's account manage page, it is not listed in settings-account-email account page.

There're a few thousands of emails in this zombie email account. I can delete a few emails manually, but if I use select all and delete, outlook mail will crash, and when I start it again, no email is deleted.

I cannot delete this account since tapping it in outlook mail's account manage page dose not bring up the account's settings page.

  3. Chinese Characters in Outlook Mobile

    Thanks for this.

I don't really need the ability to TYPE Chinese Characters, but only to DISPLAY them in Outlook Mobile.

I can display them in Microsoft Word on my PDA, which is why I thought it is a problem of Outlook Mobile.

    Any suggestions?
