Windows 10: How do i remove this wierd unwanted performance overlay?

Hello,This is my first question on here, but let's get straight to the point.I was playing some roblox and smashed my keyboard and pressed multiple buttons I don't know which ones, tho.And now I have this weird performance overlay that is permanently engravedI don't know how to get rid of it, I already spent hours on Google.The overlay is always in the top right corner of my screen.Please help me remove this as it is really annoying me.all i know is its from the microsoft gamebar but i dont know which setting to toggle it/I am running Wi

I was playing some minecraft (no, this is not a minecraft question) and pressed some buttons (I don't know which ones, tho).

And now I have this weird performance overlay that only appears in some applications.

I don't know how to get rid of it, I already spent hours on Google.

The overlay is always in the top left corner of my screen.

Please help me remove this as it is really annoying me.

I am running Windows 10 latest build.

I have an Nvidia GPU, but it's not the Nvidia overlay

Unfortunately, disabling these didn't remove the overlay.

Try pressing Ctrl + Shift + O to remove that overlay, it seems to be the AMD stats overlay.
