Windows 10: Can't view files and folders using file explorer. What's the issue and How to solve this issue?

For some time, I can't view files and folders in F drive. I have 256GB SSD, 1 GB HDD, and I have divided it into two partitions: D and F, it shows that there are C, D and F available in my pc. When I try viewing C C is SSD or D, it opens, and shows the files and folders. But, when I try opening F: , It says "working on it", then, nothing shows up. But when I try to click anywhere, It says file explorer is not responding, then, all I can do is close the file explorer.But when I try to access F using cmd, it shows files and folders when I run "dir" command. and I can use commands on files and

The issue that you’ve encountered regarding the File Explorer may be caused by some configuration or files mismatched. To sort out your concern, we suggest that you reset the folder settings from the
Folder Options. This will reboot the folder’s preferences to its default state and remove any possible software conflict. To do this, you may follow these steps:

• Click Start, type File Explorer, and press
  Enter.
• On the File Explorer window, click the View tab > Options > Change folder and search options > View.
• Under the Folder views section, click Reset Folders, and then select
  Yes to confirm.
• Once you’re done, click OK, and then check if the issue persists.

Note: This process will remove the list of files that you recently opened.

I have added the file count column to my folder in File Explorer. However, the actual file count is not displaying.
