Windows 10: How can i clean explorer after the windows 10-11 upgrade?

I'm currently having an issue where 2 folders of onedrive are there which get me really confused. Both does the same and open the same onedrive cloud.Also is there a way to prevent explorer from subjecting folders?

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer
