Windows 10: I can't run Media Creation Tool

I need to download a Windows 11 on my USB drive 14,6 GB. I downloaded Media Creation Tool, but I can't run. It's gives an error. Error code: 0x80070002 - 0x20000. My SSD where Whindows, 15,3 GB for free.
