    After Win11 update, fingerprint login doesn't work


    About a month or two ago the fingerprint login to Windows 11 stopped working. My system is a Dell XPS 15 7590 running Win 11 Pro, Ver. 10.0.26100 Build 26100. I've chosen not to install Ver. 24H2 because of multiple articles warning about bugs in the update. All system drivers are up to date per Dell's driver diagnostics. Under sign-in options in Setup, facial recognition is not available system says it can't find a camera although two are connected. Fingerprint recognition is recommended and fingerprints are programmed in. However, the system requires a PIN for login.KB5058411, KB505562

    fingerprint doesn`t work

    My fingerprint doesn`t work for many times, and i read the advices of the site, but nothing works. The fingerprint fix itself, but after many days and the problem repeat and repet. It is anoying. In the settings says "this option is unvailable" for every option! Why??? How to fix it?

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
