    I'm reaching out because my laptop is no longer recognizing input from my stylus or pen. The pen does not require Bluetooth or batteries, additionally, I was previously able to use my phone's pen on my laptop as well. However, neither the pen I used for the laptop nor the one I used for my phone is working on the laptop screen anymore. I also noticed that the pen menu icon is not showing up when I use either pen, so perhaps it has something to do with it. There are a few settings to play around with that could help detect the pen, so that is out of the picture. I'd like to know if there's a

    I have been using my book 360 for about a year now and only now it started doing this. It just happened out of the blue, no apps had just been installed but I installed the latest drivers you can get on Samsung Updates app. There are 2 horizontal dead zones that the S Pen doesn't track but the touch screen works on the whole screen so I don't know what is happening. I have the Samsung Galaxy Book pro 360 s pen but I don't have the pro 360 laptop but I heard it still works, but I have been using a S pen Tab or something that has been working since last year but now both s pens don't even work anymore so I don't know what's going on.
