Windows 10: how to switch my wife's M365 account to my family plan

My wife bought a Microsoft 365 family account and so did I. Now I want to transfer her user to my family plan. She is already part of my plan but Microsoft is asking her to renew her account

Add my wife (account) as family member to my Microsoft family

I have recently created a family of myself and my duaghter . My wife had already another "family" with her account and my other's daughter account. Currently we are not able to unify/consolidate all four accounts (2 adults + 2 kids) to one Microsoft family.

I tried to invvite my wife to my family, but as she is already in an existing family, she is not abe to.

Also she is not able to leave "her family" as there is already a non-adult assigned to it.

Any ideas???

Changing my Individual Microsoft account to an existing Microsoft 365 Family Plan.

I have a Microsoft account but my wife has a Microsoft 365 family account. I would like to be on her Family account and stop my Individual Account. ( We are unnecessarily paying for 2 separate Microsoft accounts) Can I join her plan without losing my Data? ( Most worried about One Drive) If I can change to her plan and not lose my data, how should I proceed?

How to delete an adult account in the Family Settings.

Hi,

To resolve your issue, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• As an adult in the family account, sign in with your Microsoft account.
• Under Your family, click
  Remove.
  
• Click the child account you want to remove, and click Remove.
• You will get an email confirmation once the child has been removed from the family.

Note: If you removed a Child account, it will be tagged as an "Orphaned account" and you will need to attach another "Parent account".
