Windows 10: New Monitor makes noise whenever I turn my PC on?! How can I fix this?

I recently got a new 32 inch monitor for my PC, the installation went perfectly, but after a one or two days I noticed my PC would make this noise or sound whenever I turned it on. I don't shut it down, I just leave it alone until it goes into sleep mode. The noise sounds identical to the noise you get from unplugging a USB Drive or External HDD/SSD from the ports. At first I thought it was my hard drives making the new noise, but after unplugging all of them, I noticed my PC would still keep making that unplugging noise! The only thing I can think of that is causing this is the new monitor. T

PC making windows noise after connecting a second monitor

hi, i have recently set my pc up with a second monitor using HDMI. for some reason my computer now randomly makes a windows noise. its not the usb connecting/disconnecting noise its like a chime for a few seconds. i have no clue how to fix this, any help
