Windows 10: Is my hdd failing?

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 1TB HDD. I used to live boot Linux, and since then, my Windows keeps getting corrupted. The first time it happened was in June 2024. Since then, I’ve had to reinstall Windows almost every month.What usually happens is:At first, apps like Chrome or Firefox stop opening says “not supported by Windows”, but Microsoft apps like Edge or Office still work.Then gradually, the system slows down or loses functionality, and eventually, it fails to boot completely.Today, it showed “Scanning and repairing disk” and then “Your PC can’t be repaired.”Also a error code 0xc00

Windows 10 OS cloning Failed due to Bad Sectors on HDD Failure. Now I can't boot on both the original and new HDD

I have tried steps 1 and 2 for the Old HDD, but nothing has changed.

For step 1, it says, "The type of the file system is RAW. CHKDSK is not available for RAW drives".
