Windows 10: After Windows Restore, Cannot Get Some Icons Back

Due to the issue I had caused by MS Paint and Photo, I restored my system - because I did not know what caused the issue at first. After restoring, of course the icons for the games I had installed in between were gone. I uninstalled the game and re-installed. Still, no icons. Only black thumbnails. What do I have to clear please? Something is written somewhere in my system blocking the proper icons from being shown. I can understand that the .dll files would be gone. However, uninstalling and re-installing should have re-written the .dll files to the system files. These are games through Stea

Windows XP PRO error after restore

System restore is handy when it works like it did for me 2 days ago saving the need to reinstall all of my software as well as windows, id suggest using norton Ghost 12 for an excellent system restore feature.

Suggestion to have an option to change Notification Area icon this way too.
Suggestion to finally have proper separate Options window like most (all?) Windows programs do.
