Windows 10: The buttons in my windows 11 file explorer are missing

I was going to add an virtual optical disk file to my vbox and it looks like this, theres only organize and new folder buttonI could not upload the photo because it says file s failed to upload

History is missing in Internet Explorer 11

File explorer ribbon missing

Right click above the Address bar and UNcheck minimize the ribbon? OR... are you looking for the File, Computer, View buttons?
