Windows 10: PLEASE HELP WITH MY WINDOWS START POP UP

I have a touch screen, Mecer laptop brand. IntelR CeleronR N4120 CPU @ 1.10GHz 1.10 GHzIt can turn flip from laptop into an iPad, comes with Pen and touch support with 10 touch points. But below the screen, there is this windows button, which is also sensitive to the touch screen, and it opens up the Windows Start Pop-Up. But it does this so often, even when it is not being touched and interrupts my work constantly. It's very frustrating!! Is there any way that I could disable this or fix it somehow? Any advice would be much appreciated.From,A very frustrated, unproductive woman.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Step 1:

I suggest you to follow the below steps how to set as default app.

• In the search box, type “settings”.
• Click on “system” and on the left hand corner click on
  “default apps”.
• Under “choose default apps” click on the “+” symbol and you can
  add the apps.

Step 2:

I would suggest you to follow the steps and check if the issue persists:

• 
  Press Windows key +R.
  
• 
  Type inetcpl.cpl and hit Enter.
  
• 
  Click on Programs Tab and click
  Set Programs under Internet Programs.
  
• 
  Click on Select Associate a File type or protocol with a program.
