Windows 10: Driver PNP Watchdog during Install

Hey, how's it going?A while ago, around 2023-2024, I made a post like this. I gave up on that post and decided to install Linux, which has worked out well for me. But I wanna get back to playing VR with Quest Link on my PC. So, I'm deciding to take another crack at this. I used a USB flashed using the Windows Media Creation Tool and the old installer for this.My first thought was my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, because they didn't work when I had windows installed, and still don't work to this day. So my first course of action was to try and remove the drivers for them. Didn't know how to do it though

PNP DRIVER WATCHDOG

I have been trying to install the April2018 Update but I get a blue screen with the Stop Code PNP DRIVER WATCHDOG. Is there a workaround?
