Windows 10: my ssd drive is sorta frozen. i can't remove it's content, can't repartition, and it will...

hello. thanks for helping me in advance.I tried to remove the current partitions on my SSD drive. it went smoothly. but after I rebooted my laptop it was amazingly at the same condition which it was before. nothing changed!therefore i went through another approach. tried to install a new windows 10 on a HDD connected to my laptop via a sata to usb converter which windows setup doesn't support that sorta connection. is there anyway to make it happen? or if there isn't, how could i unlock my ssd drive?ps. i can log onto the windows for a few minutes but everything is somehow temporary. for examp

Can´t remove tags from people in fotos app

Hello there (please get the reference),

I saved all my pictures to OneDrive, and now the photos app sorted them to show me people (I think it is a well known feature). But I have a few people I don´t want to be listed there, so there is the "remove tag" feature. But it does not work. A few seconds
after I removed the tag, they are back. I could delete the photos, but I don´t want to.
