Windows 10: Screen Flickering

I have been faacing this issue for the past few days, I connected my laptop's display to an external monitor and It works perfectly fine when I use it except when I open instagram, it starts flicking very much, then it staays completely switched offf for liek 2 seconds and it has been repeating a lot recentlylike every 30 sec to 1min

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
