    We can't resolve an account issue.


    There is a Microsoft account individual. The secondary e-mail is no longer valid, the phone number is the original. The account is broken for some reason, our client cannot use his notebook, he cannot log in. We requested a code to his phone number, but it does not arrive. We tried changing the secondary email address, but the processing time is 30 days. The notebook should be used. What do you recommend?Thank you
