Windows 10: Microsoft Family Safety Bugs

Hi, I have Microsoft Family Safety restrictions on my computer, and it has been really annoying. Whenever I ask my dad to unblock a website, it will continue to stay blocked, but I will be unable to request again because the "Ask now" button stops working and only refreshes the page when I click it. Furthermore, when I run out of time and ask for more, sometimes Microsoft Family Safety will lock me out no matter how much time my dad gives me. This issue takes from 5 minutes to over an hour to fix, and restarting my computer doesn't help at all.Would it be possible to fix these issues?Thanks.

Before we proceed, we require more information to assist you better.

• Which web browser are you using?
• Are the settings on the Family Safety options on your computer are the same with the one on
  http://familysafety.live.com?

I suggest you to login with your parental account and check if you are able to manage the family settings.



If the issue still persist, it might appears that the Child account is not configure correctly. I suggest you to remove the Family Safety and configure it again.

Now, setup Family Safety.

After creating the child account, you can then go to the Family Safety website, login using the parent account and then manage your child's restrictions and monitoring options.
