Windows 10: My keyboard has been locking up for a while now and Don't know what to do.

As the title would suggest my keyboard has been locking up for a while now and I don't know what to do. The main problem is that the softwareI know it is software because I change the computer keyboard and it still happens thinks my computer is holding down control, FN, control, shift, windows, and alt all at the same time which locks up the keyboard and Can't do anything. I cant switch tabs click on tabsbecause it acts like shift is being held down and the only recourse is to restart the PC. When pressing D it brings up onedrive and pressing M brings up outlook. IDK what program those hot

1.Go to
Settings > Time & language >
Region & language.

2.Select
Add a language.

3.Select the language you want to use from the list, then choose which region's version you want to use. Your download will begin immediately.

Hi,

To address your concern, we suggest that you try the following steps:

• Click Start and then click Settings
• Click on Ease of access
• Click Keyboard in the left pane
• Turn off Filter Keys in the right pane

Also, try pressing the Fn+ Num Lock keys to turn off the Number lock function.
