Windows 10: Intuned HP laptop failing on Windows updates

Of a fleet of circa ~ 200 HP devices that are Intune enrolled, I have one 2 month old HP Elitebook 840 G11 laptop, that is failing on the Windows updates. The laptop appears to install the updates, then will sit there all night long with a max'd CPU as the device is quite warm to touch next morning, and the screen is blank. the updates are requested to install end of work day / overnight Upon force restarting the laptop, it gives a blue screen - a blank blue screen, then presents the Bitlocker Key required screen when restarted.Looking through some event logs, it appears that the device

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

MS Intune not synching with laptop

I have configured MS Intune on a Windows 11 Thinkpad and the laptop is showing in Intune admin Center, at some point in time the laptop stopped synching. Company Portal is installed on the laptop but the Intune Management extension is not showing on the Services list. Have tried unistalling company portal and re installing but no joy. Have not tried a wipe, hopefully there is a way withut a wipe?

I am currently encountering an issue with active malware from Intune. I have tried various methods, but I am still unable to remove the alert for active malware. Here are the steps I have taken:

• Updated Windows
  
• Updated Defender
  
• Performed a full scan of the device
  
• After performing these actions, I tried restarting the laptop several times, but the issue persists.
