Windows 10: Random BSODs when running certain games Zenless Zone Zero and Honkai: Star Rail

Hi there. Been having an issue on and off for the past... year and a half or so, where sometimes particular games will cause my PC to BSOD. This has been a very irregular issue however, the games can sometimes go for days or weeks without causing any crashes even with playing daily, some days it will just crash once, and then some days I will get BSOD 5+ times in the same day across 3-4 hours of play time. I have run into a recent stint of the latter, having gotten something like 8-10 BSODs in the past two days.I don't know if this is relevant, but with this most recent issue with frequent BSO

My PC keeps crashing while playing Honkai Star Rail

My PC is randomly crashing while playing Honkai Star Rail. At random moments the game will freeze, at that point I can still ALT+TAB for a while but I can't close the program even with task manager. After a while the whole pc will freeze. Next it will either reboot in boot menu, or blue screen and then start up again in boot menu.

Tried to check the minidump files, 2 of them are empty and i don't understand what is wrong from the 3rd one

I updated my BiOS, but it didn't help.

The minidump refers to the ZFGameBrowser, which loads the news and web-based events and allows web browsing inside a game.

Does this happen on your other online games?

Please try the steps below and see if this will help with the issue.

Find the ZFGameBrowser.exe in the plugins folder of Honkai Star Rail game installation. Right-click on it and then go to Properties > Compatibility Tab > Check "Run this program in compatibility mode mode" > Select Windows Vista > Check "Run this program as an administrator" > restart your device.

*Please run an anti-virus and check for malware on your device.

*Perform sfc and run the DISM command to check, scan, and restore the health of the system files by following the steps below.

*On powershell (admin), enter each command below:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

sfc /scannow

After all has been processed, Restart your device

*Please perform a clean boot.

My wifi dissappears when I open genshin impact, or honkai star rail.

sorry late reply, been busy with school, i tried it all and it still doesnt work.

It seems that when i open honkai star rail, or genshin, it disconnects my wifi adapter im not sure why, because when i check it in device manager it says they are not connected. after a few mins of being opened.
