    New monitor, now email program problems


    Win 10 Pro 22H2 x64, latest build, desktop PC. I've been using a Dell 16:10 monitor for 13 years and the other day got a new one, a Dell 24" Pro P2425 16:10. Everything is fine except with my text-based email program Sylpheed. There, drag and drop doesn't work, folders open and don't close, and top buttons Get, Send, Forward, etc. don't work past the first use, if at all. To get them going once, they require a workaround. Tabs and arrow keys work fine, as does right-clicking. Connection is DP via a graphics card and the monitor driver has been installed using the mobo's DP port doesn't

    Monitor program with email notification

    I will be away from the computer and not being able to use RDP or VNC from the mobile phone but i'm able to recieve email. Having the mobile a real time notification if the fan breaks or any other dangerous reason would be very nice.
    One "solution" could be to set MSI Afterurner to log temperature to a file and write a small java program to email it. But having something already integrated into the monitor program would be nice.

    Wanted:Automated email program that monitors a folder

    Does anyone know of a program that can be setup in Windows XP to monitor a specified folder and email any files that appear in that folder. Even better would be to email the text from within those files - but I think this may be asking too much.

    Windows 7 Will Not Include Email, Photo and Movie Programs

    I think people missed that MS did not say "Internet" in the program list. Just Email, Photo, Movie.
