Windows 10: I'm getting Error code: 0x80073712

I can't install 2025-05 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems KB5058499. When I click to retry the update is downloading, but at some point the installation will fail. I have tried download instalation pack from here: https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB5058499 And it say the update is already installed, but still windows update section shows that I supposed to do update

I am not able to connect the i phone with PC (dell windows 10 64bit) due following update error Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

I tried with following options but still problem update is due

Step 1: Use System File Checker to repair damaged Windows files

Step 2: Run the DISM tool

Please suggest me how to solve this issuse

I have had this error code 0x80073712 now for 4 months. I tried to fix the below-mentioned step:

1. By troubleshooting windows update issue didn't resolve
   
2. Did DIMS scan and repair. Re-start the device and receive the same error again.
