Windows 10: Re-occurring charge on a business credit card

Hey guys,I recently started at this company and looks like previous person's credit card keeps getting charged for something. Accounting department asked me to find out what it's for. I don't have access to the previous person's account, but I have a credit card report where there are some reference numbers for the charge. Is there a way to find out what's it's for? We're planning on deactivating the card, so I also will need to find out how we can update payment method.thank you!

Credit card charges

I have 2 different charges on 1 Credit card. I am also the president of a HOA. Just needed to know which charge belonged to my business and HOA.

 

An unrecognized charge on my Credit Card

I have a recurring charge on my credit card for $45 "MSFT*E0500KRRU1 8006427676 WA" that I dont recognize. I have a Business Standard 365 account and Visio Subscription which are paid by a different credit card. This charge started in July 2021. Please help

If you go to your account https://account.live.com Sign in and go to Services & Subscription, do you see anything that matches the charges? If not, click on Order history instead and anything?

If none of the usual reasons apply to the charges you see on your credit card from Microsoft, it's possible that your card has been compromised. This means unauthorized charges may have been made on someone else's Microsoft account using your credit card. In such a scenario, you should contact your credit card company to open a dispute case. Microsoft is unable to directly investigate issues related to someone else's account if you contact their Billing Support directly. However, once a dispute case is initiated by your credit card company, Microsoft can then respond specifically to those claims through the dispute process with the credit card company. This is the appropriate channel to resolve such issues, as it ensures proper verification and handling of the unauthorized charges.
