  1. Keyboard dysfunctioning

Hello - I am having trouble with my wireless keyboard for Windows 11 Pro. Every time I press the number 1 for instance, it'll stay pressed down and do a bunch of 1's and not stop until I exit the screen. Is there something I can do to fix this? I think it's an issue with the buttons or maybe needs an update? Any useful tips will help. Thank you.

    :)
