Windows 10: My other account is blocked and won't deblock whatever I do

My other outlook account with all my important emails and contacts has been blocked by Microsoft. Whatever I do, it's never enough information to deblock my account, even though I provide very detailed information required by Microsoft. I really need access to my account back!! I can't get in touch with any human being and when I call the help number I get a robot on the line. This is getting very frustrating! I didn't even get a reply from Microsoft after my last attempt to deblock my email... I need help!!

Deblocking phone with bluetooth carkit

When using the E5 with the paired Toyota bluetooth carkit, it fails to deblock itself. Answering calls is not a problem as the E5 auto-deblocks upon receiving a call, but dailing via the carkit does not lift the block. As a result, I must first deblock
it manually by entering the deblocking code which only solves the problem for a few minutes. Disabling auto-deblocking is not an option, as it would make the data on the phone vulnerable in case the phone would be lost/stolen. (This is about the code-block
and not about the unprotected keypad block.) I have succesfully used HTC's and older Nokia's on the same carkit without this problem arising. Does anyone know how to arrange an auto-deblock when a bluetooth-paired device is being used like a carkit?

Access to Outlook.com denied cannot reset or deblock

Hi, my outlook.com has been blocked, i cannot nor reset the password nor deblocked the account, so my pin not being recognised i cannot enter my MS tablet Any longer! What can i do? Tried all usual MS offers! Thanks muriel
